The Monthly Program Committee works to bring in local and national speakers presenting on a relevant topic nearly every month. Luncheons are a great opportunity to meet new people, make new connections, and challenge or expand your knowledge on a range of topics.
Leadership Development Roundtable
Leadership Development Roundtables are conversation forums featuring monthly professional development, personal development, or social issue topics lead by community leaders. They are great opportunities to expand or build your knowledge on a topic while networking with fellow Columbia professionals. LDR’s take place every fourth Thursday of the month, are open to the public, and free to attend. Bring your lunch, join in on the conversation, or simply sit back and listen!

There will be NO LDR discussion this month. We recommend our attendees to instead take the opportunity to attend the Peach Luncheon featuring Janet Kraus at Stephens College.

XWN-Experience Women’s Network
The Experience Women’s Network “XWN” program is for existing and new Women’s Network members who want to better understand what Women’s Network is, how it works and how it is beneficial to YOU and the company you work for. If you follow the program, you’re sure to have a rewarding experience as a Women’s Network member. XWN Graduation takes place at the May Luncheon each year. The deadline to complete the XWN program each year is April 30. The graduates and their organizations will be recognized on stage with a certificate and XWN pin and will celebrate at an annual Mixer in June. We look forward to our next annual graduation and hope to see YOU as a graduate!
“The XWN program helped me become more involved and gain a greater understanding of Women’s Network. In return, I’ve stepped into a leadership position, have great company exposure, and developed a strong network of friends. I highly recommend the XWN program for new members and those seeking to gain more from their membership. Take the XWN challenge!”
