We create gathering places that offer brands a place to grow, shoppers a place to explore, and communities a place to connect. The retail industry is constantly evolving to meet the ever-changing needs of our customers.

What is your company’s mission or vision?

Our best-in-class retail properties provide an engaging environment and experience for our communities, retailers, employees, consumers, and stakeholders.

Who do you work with or seek to serve? Who are you best-fit customers?

The mall is truly for everyone! Although women are our top consumers, we cater to all demographics.  If you can’t find exactly what you are looking for at one of our many smaller retailers, chances are Target, JCPenney, or Dillard’s has it.

If your company didn’t exist, what would your customers do?

We are the primary shopping center in mid-Missouri. If the mall was not here, most customers would have to travel to Kansas City or St. Louis to find the same retail stores. We get a lot of customers from small towns around mid-Missouri because we are the closest, most convenient place to shop.

What features or capabilities do you have that other companies don’t:

We have the best shopping in Columbia. You can get everything you need such as shoes, clothes, jewelry, video games, food, coffee and much more, all in one location. We have plenty of free, convenient parking and you can shop in air-conditioned comfort.
