Lindsey Boudinot, academic advisor and recruiter for the graduate programs at Columbia College, grew up in Ashland, Missouri. Lindsey earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology & Sociology with minors in global studies and Spanish from Drury University in Springfield, Missouri. She then returned to Columbia to accept the position as recruiter of graduate and evening programs for William Woods University. In the summer of 2011, Lindsey earned her master’s degree in business administration from William Woods University.

As the advisor and recruiter for graduate studies at Columbia College, Lindsey serves as a representative for the college in the community and works to promote business connections and relationships. In addition, she advises the current students in the college’s Master of Business Administration, Master of Criminal Justice, and Master of Arts in Teaching programs. Lindsey says of her position at Columbia College, “I love helping to change individuals’ lives by opening doors to education. Higher education is my passion. It’s the only thing I feel strongly enough about to sell.”

Of her free time, Lindsey states, “Some of my favorite pastimes include traveling, photography and tap dance. But beginning this year, by far, my most favorite pastime is spending time with my husband Josh and our 6-month-old daughter Layla, who has become the  biggest blessing of our lives.“

Lindsey recently joined Women’s Network as a way to meet new people and become a larger part of the Columbia business community. She has become active in the Business Leaders Forum and also looks forward to becoming more involved in the Columbia Chamber of Commerce.
